Job summary

CVS Health is offering the Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program in the United States. This development-focused role prepares you for a CVS Store Manager position through a self-paced, collaborative training over 16 weeks with virtual and hands-on learning experiences.

You will be supported by a District Leader, HRBP, Training Store Manager, and your Store Manager coach as you develop leadership skills, merchandising expertise, and store operations knowledge to advance within the market.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
• A four year college degree is preferred, or relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a college degree.
• Retail management experience or experience as CVS Supervisor is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Communicate well verbally and in writing to support and lead your team.
• Perform customer care duties to provide high levels of service.
• Execute merchandising strategies to support store sales growth.
• Manage the store inventory and assets to maintain profitability.
