Job summary

Cumberland Farms, Inc. is seeking a energetic Managers In Training to advance into store leadership. You will learn day-to-day operations, train and coach a team, manage schedules, and ensure top guest service while maintaining stock and store standards.

You will rotate through shifts, work with Training Managers, and join a bench of leaders across 1500+ locations. This role emphasizes growth, teamwork, and a strong guest experience in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1 year retail or food experience preferred.
• 1 year in a leadership role preferred.
• ServSafe / Food Safety certification a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and exceptional service.
• Assist Store Manager with building and developing a strong store team: training, scheduling, coaching.
• Monitor product levels and keep stock full to ensure 100% in-stock availability.
• Oversee quality control, merchandising, and safety programs in hot food locations.
• Maintain a clean store and station areas, delegating tasks as needed.
• Operate the cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Support Store Manager in food service operations.
