Cumberland Farms, Inc. is seeking a Managers In Training to lead day-to-day store operations and guest service at our Cumberland Farms location. You will work with a Training Manager and Supervising Manager, gaining experience across leadership, staff development, and store standards.

You will rotate through shifts to learn about the retail team, vendors and guest experience, with opportunity for advancement across our 1500+ sites. A strong retail management background helps.

Qualifications

• Minimum education is High School or GED.
• Experience in retail, food service or restaurant management preferred.
• ServSafe / Food Safety certification is a plus but not mandatory.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and ensure exceptional customer service.
• Assist Store Manager with team development, training, scheduling and coaching.
• Monitor stock levels and keep shelves full and appealing.
• Oversee quality control, merchandising and food safety in applicable locations.
• Operate the cash register efficiently and support store operations.
