Job summary

Cumberland Farms is seeking energetic Managers In Training to learn the day-to-day operations of a Cumberland Farms convenience store. You will train with a Training Manager and Supervising Manager, rotating shifts to learn about our team, vendors and guests, and support the Store Manager in delivering an exceptional guest shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School diploma or GED.
• 1 year retail or food experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and leadership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and help maintain exceptional guest service.
• Assist Store Manager with building and developing a strong store team through training, scheduling, and coaching.
• Monitor product levels on the sales floor and keep stock full.
• Oversee quality control, merchandising, and food safety programs where applicable.
• Maintain store cleanliness and appearance, including coffee and food service areas.
• Operate the cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Support food service operations and other duties as assigned by management.
