CVS Health Corporation is offering a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) role designed to develop future CVS Store Managers. The program blends virtual and hands-on learning to build leadership skills over 16 weeks, guided by District Leaders, HR, and coaching store managers.

Selected SMITs engage with the leadership team and prepare for promotion to store management, with expectations to work in designated markets and potentially transfer between CVS Pharmacy locations.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
• Experience in retail environment preferred.
• Candidate must be willing to pursue store leadership within CVS.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the 16-week SMIT program designed to prepare for Store Manager roles.
• Support the store leadership team and contribute to daily operations.
• Develop leadership capabilities through virtual and hands-on learning experiences.
