Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• A four year college degree is preferred, or relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a college degree.
• Bachelor's degree (or higher) is preferred for leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured 16-week Store Manager In Training program with both virtual and hands-on learning.
• Develop toward a CVS Store Manager role with guidance from district leaders and store leadership.
• Engage with leaders to support growth and adhere to CVS values and policies.
• Collaborate with store team to support sales growth through effective merchandising and customer service.
