CVS Health is launching the Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program, a development-focused role designed to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager position. The program runs over 16 weeks with both virtual and hands-on learning experiences, supported by a district leader, HRBP, Training Store Manager, and Store Manager coach.

Successful SMIT candidates engage with leadership experiences, join the management team, and align with CVS values.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred or relevant work experience considered in lieu of a degree.
• Retail management experience, or experience as a CVS Supervisor, is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a self-paced, collaborative training over 16 weeks to prepare for CVS Store Manager role.
• Support your store as a management team member and lead in alignment with CVS values and policies.
• Engage your colleagues to support the company's purpose of helping people on their path to better health.
• Be willing to accept promotion roles with the market you work in.
