CVS Health Corporation is seeking candidates for the Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program, a development-focused role designed to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager position.

The SMIT program spans 16 weeks, combining self-paced, collaborative training with virtual and hands-on experiences. You’ll be supported by a District Leader, HR Business Partner, Training Store Manager, and your Store Manager coach as you grow into a leadership role.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; four-year college degree or relevant experience may be considered.
• Retail management experience or CVS Supervisor experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead in a structured program to develop into a Store Manager.
• Perform customer care duties to provide high levels of service.
• Execute merchandising strategies to support store sales growth.
• Manage store inventory and assets to maintain profitability.
