CVS Health is launching a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program designed to develop future store leaders through a 16-week, self-paced and collaborative training. Virtual and hands-on learning experiences prepare you for the CVS Store Manager role, supported by your District Leader, HRBP, Training Store Manager, and your Store Manager coach.

Expect to develop skills in communication, customer care, merchandising, and inventory management while aligning with CVS values.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred in some cases.
• Retail management experience or experience as a CVS Supervisor is valued.
• A four year college degree is preferred, or relevant work experience may be considered.
• Ability to transfer to other CVS Pharmacy stores within the market and support promotion paths.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a self-paced, collaborative 16-week training to become a CVS Store Manager.
• Support your store as a management team member and lead in line with CVS values.
• Engage with your leader on learning experiences to progress toward promotion.
• Contribute to merchandising, customer care, inventory and asset management to drive profitability.
