Bath & Body Works is seeking a Key Holder to help deliver sales plans and support store operations. You will lead the team on duty, guide daily goals, coach associates, and ensure exceptional customer experiences through product knowledge and engaging service.

The role requires strong communication, a customer-first approach, and flexibility to work peak times including evenings, weekends, and holidays. You will contribute to maintaining store standards and driving brand success.

Responsabilités

• Lead store operations and duties as delegated by the Store Manager.
• Provide individual and team feedback to improve performance.
• Create exceptional in-store customer experiences with product knowledge.
• Display knowledge of policies, strategies, and daily goals.
• Set daily shift directions and goals for the team.
• Perform opening/closing routines and implement company directives.
• Build genuine connections with customers through discovery and recommendations.
• Assist with floorset, visual presentation, and marketing placement.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and adherence to standards.
• Assist customers and guide them through the shopping experience.
