Job summary

Bath & Body Works is seeking a Key Holder to support achieving sales plans through effective store and operational execution. You will lead store tasks, guide associates, and act as Manager on Duty when scheduled to ensure excellent customer experiences and smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, maintaining product knowledge, handling deposits and shipments, and ensuring visual standards and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; relevant retail experience a plus.
• Strong customer service, sales, and communication skills expected.
• Ability to coach and mentor staff, provide feedback and guidance.

Responsibilities

• Execute store tasks and operations to meet sales plans.
• Act as Manager on Duty when scheduled to enhance customer experience and address issues.
• Lead in-store customer experiences with product knowledge and service excellence.
• Display product knowledge, store policies, and brand strategies.
• Set daily shift directions and goals for team members.
• Perform opening/closing routines, handle deposits, shipments, and directives.
• Build connections with customers, assess needs, demo products, and recommend purchases.
• Assist with floorset execution, visual presentation and marketing placements.
• Maintain safety standards and store appearance; lift up to 50 pounds.
