Bath & Body Works seeks a Key Holder to help drive sales through effective store and operational execution. You will lead by example, coach associates, and ensure a top-tier customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key responsibilities include acting as Manager on Duty when scheduled, guiding openings/closings, and maintaining product knowledge and store standards. This role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead delegated leadership tasks by Store Manager, including acting as Manager on Duty when scheduled.
• Provide individual and team performance feedback and recommendations to managers.
• Lead in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors and product knowledge.
• Display knowledge of product, company policies, and store strategies.
• Set direction and goals for the day/shift when associates arrive.
• Perform opening/closing routines including bank deposits and shipments.
• Create genuine connections with customers through uncovering needs and personalized recommendations.
• Assist with floorset execution, window changes, and visual placements.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and engagement by following standards.
• Lift and move products, adjust displays, and maintain store appearance.
• Climb ladders, lift up to 50 pounds, and work physically active shifts.
• Adhere to policies and values in daily operations.
