Homesense, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., seeks a Key Carrier who supports store leadership, acts as Manager on Duty, and leads across operations with a focus on customer service. Open availability, including nights and weekends, is required.

The role emphasizes coaching, scheduling, and maintaining policy adherence in a dynamic retail environment. Experience in retail and leadership helps drive store performance, shrink reduction, and service standards while supporting a positive work culture

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months leadership experience.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Superior communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience.
• Acts as Manager on Duty adhering to company policy and procedure.
• Ensures Associates adhere to all operational procedures.
• Maintains opening/closing procedures according to guidelines.
• Provides coaching to Associates and coordinates training with Management.
