Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a Key Carrier to support store operations and lead by example. This role alternates with the Coordinator and may take on leadership duties, ensuring strong customer service and adherence to policies. Open availability, including nights and weekends, is required.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience preferred.
• 6 months leadership experience preferred.
• Proven problem solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty when needed and uphold store policies.
• Provide coaching to Associates and ensure optimal coverage.
• Maintain opening/closing procedures and store operations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues quickly.
• Promote loyalty programs and safety procedures.
