The role requires open availability, including nights and weekends, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service and sustaining store standards. Responsibilities include coaching Associates, maintaining coverage, and executing opening/closing procedures while collaborating with management.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive customer experience.
• Promote honesty and integrity; maintain confidentiality.
• Act as Manager on Duty following policy and procedures.
• Ensure store tasks align with the store plan and priorities.
• Coach Associates and address customer service issues as needed.
• Coach, delegate, and follow-up on multiple people and tasks.
• Maintain opening/closing procedures per guidelines.
• Communicate progress to management and Associates.
