Responsabilités

• Acts as Manager on Duty, adhering to company policy and procedure.
• Maintains store operations and staff coverage to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coaches Associates, provides feedback and coaching.
• Ensures opening/closing procedures are executed per guidelines.
• Communicates priorities and provides progress updates to management.
