Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a Key Carrier who will often serve as Coordinator and occasionally lead as a Key Carrier. This role requires open availability including nights and weekends and focuses on delivering outstanding customer service.

You will support store operations, supervise associates, and ensure policies and procedures are followed, while contributing to a positive shopping experience and team development.

Qualifications

• Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Team player, working effectively with peers and supervisors.
• Proven problem solving skills.
• Able to effectively coach, delegate, and follow-up on multiple people/tasks.
• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• 1 year retail, 6 months leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Acts as Manager on Duty adhering to company policy and procedure.
• Ensures opening/closing procedures are executed according to company guidelines.
• Addresses immediate customer service issues and provides coaching to Associates.
• Maintains accurate Associate coverage in service areas for a positive customer experience.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Other duties as assigned.
