HomeGoods at TJX Companies is seeking a Key Carrier to support store operations and lead as Manager on Duty when needed. The role requires open availability including nights and weekends, with a strong focus on customer service and team leadership.

Key Carriers balance responsibilities between Coordinator duties and leadership, ensuring staff coverage, coaching and adherence to policies while maintaining store standards and safety.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience preferred.
• 6 months leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Lead store operations as Manager on Duty when needed.
• Coach and develop Associates to meet store goals.
• Ensure open/close procedures are followed and labor policies are observed.
• Maintain high quality customer service and store standards.
• Communicate priorities to the team and monitor progress.
