You’ll shadow a store manager, help with payroll and hiring tasks, and participate in store openings and inventories as part of a 10-week program twisting into opportunities after graduation.

You should be pursuing a Bachelor's in Business or related field; strong communication and organization are essential to succeed in this role.

Responsibilities

• Shadow a store manager to learn store operations and present reports to executives.
• Assist with payroll, invoices, and interviews/orientations for new hires.
• Assist with inventory, store resets and grand openings when possible.
• Develop subject matter knowledge by working with the assigned team.
