Job summary

ALDI offers a District Manager Internship designed to give real-world experience in managing multi-million dollar store operations. Interns will shadow district managers, assist with administrative tasks, and prepare presentations for ALDI executives.

Completion could lead to full-time opportunities after graduation. The program covers Western Pennsylvania, Southern New York, Eastern Ohio, and Northern West Virginia, with a 40-hour work week for 10 weeks and a wage of $28.00 per hour plus

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• Ability to build positive relationships and communicate effectively.
• Willingness to learn and work with district managers.

Responsibilities

• Shadow district managers to learn store operations and leadership.
• Assist with administrative tasks including payroll, interviews, and orientations.
• Gain understanding of store operations policies and procedures.
