Job summary

ALDI USA is seeking a District Manager Internship in California to provide hands-on exposure to district leadership and multi-million dollar store operations. You will shadow managers, assist with administrative tasks, and participate in store tours to learn the Customer Satisfaction Pyramid and policies.

High energy and strong work ethic are essential. Successful completion may lead to a full-time opportunity after graduation.

Qualifications

• In current pursuit of Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Shadow a store manager and/or manager trainee to learn store operations.
• Assist with administrative tasks including payroll, invoices, and orientations.
• Participate in store tours, customer walks, and exposure to customer satisfaction initiatives.
• Learn store policies and procedures and support team trainings.
• Assist with inventory, store resets and potential grand openings.
• Contribute to creating excellent store conditions and improving stock efficiency.
