ALDI seeks a District Manager Internship candidate to gain real-world experience by shadowing district managers and learning store operations. You'll help with presentations, reports, and customer walking tours as part of a comprehensive training program.

Successful completion may lead to a full-time opportunity after graduation. 40 hours/week, 10-week summer program with a $28.00 per hour wage plus overtime eligibility.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Shadow a store manager to learn store operations and present an operational area to ALDI executives.
• Learn Customer Satisfaction Pyramid through customer walks and store tours.
• Assist trainer with payroll, sales book, memo verification, invoices and interviews.
