ALDI's District Manager Internship offers hands-on exposure to the inner workings of a multi-million dollar grocery retailer. You will shadow store managers, assist with operations, payroll, and store openings, and present an operational report to ALDI executives.

In Wisconsin, this 10-week, full-time summer program pays $28.00 per hour, with overtime eligibility. You must be pursuing a Bachelor's in Business or related field and eager to learn leadership, customer service, and store performance.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities are required.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage priorities under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Shadows a store manager to learn operations and leadership.
• Assists trainer with payroll, sales books, memo verification, and invoices.
• Helps with interviews and orientations for new hires.
• Prepares a presentation and a report on an operational area for executives.
• Participates in inventory, store resets, and potential grand openings.
