Job summary

ALDI's District Manager Internship offers hands-on exposure to multi-million dollar store operations. You will shadow district managers, work with payroll and hiring tasks, and help with store inventories and openings across Minnesota and neighboring states.

Successful completion may lead to a full-time opportunity after graduation. The program runs 40 hours per week for 10 weeks with a wage of $28.00 per hour, plus eligible overtime where applicable.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• Ability to develop rapport and open communication to enhance growth and performance of store personnel.

Responsibilities

• Shadow store manager to learn the fundamentals of store operations.
• Assist with payroll, sales book, invoices, and hiring including interviews.
• Assist with inventory, store resets and grand openings when possible.
• Develop subject matter knowledge with assigned team.
• Attend trainings and meetings as appropriate.
• Maintain professionalism and excellent attendance.
