Job summary

ALDI USA is offering a District Manager Internship in Wisconsin. This full-time, 10-week summer program pays $28.00 per hour with potential overtime eligibility. You will shadow district managers, learn store operations, and participate in projects and presentations for executives.

Successful completion may lead to a full-time opportunity after graduation. You should be pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field and be ready to engage in hands-on learning across multiple stores

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Shadows a store manager or trainee to learn core operations.
• Conducts customer walks and store tours focusing on customer satisfaction.
• Supports trainer with payroll, sales books, invoices and interviews.
• Assists with inventory, store resets and potential grand openings.
• Creates and maintains excellent store conditions and improves stock efficiency.
• Collaborates with team to build subject matter knowledge and participate in trainings.
