Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work with store personnel and trainers.

Responsibilities

• Shadow a store manager or trainee to learn core operations.
• Assist trainer with administrative tasks (payroll, invoices, onboarding).
• Prepare presentations and reports on an operational area for executives.
• Learn Customer Satisfaction processes and conduct store tours.
• Contribute to inventory management and store openings when possible.
