Job summary

Target stores offer a paid 40 hr/week, hands-on training program to develop and prepare you for store leadership. As a Stores Executive Intern, you will get a realistic preview of the Executive Team Leader role over a defined period.

You’ll lead amongst the team, identify store priorities, and deliver great guest service. During the internship you will learn to drive guest experience, work with a mentor, lead daily operations, and plan goals with store leaders.
