Qualifications

• Previous retail experience preferred, but not required.

• Willing to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.
• Good communication and guest‑service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead team members on the sales floor and backroom to align daily priorities.
• Collaborate with ETL mentor and store leaders to understand roles.
• Lead daily priorities like stocking shelves and guest experience.
• Provide performance feedback to team members.
• Help set goals and monitor store performance.
• Support operations and safety compliance.
