Target offers a paid 40hr/week internship designed to develop and prepare you for store leadership as a Stores Executive Intern. You will work with mentors and leaders to learn how to lead department teams, drive guest service, and manage priorities across the store.

It is a hands-on program that exposes you to multiple store operations, with ongoing development conversations and opportunities to lead in daily tasks and team initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest-facing retail roles preferred but not required.
• Strong interest in retail management and leadership development.
• Ability to learn rapidly and work with a team.

Responsabilités

• Spend time on the store sales floor and backroom leading team members.
• Lead daily priorities and partner with leaders to set goals.
• Present at daily huddles and communicate priorities to peers.
• Support stock management, displays, and guest service initiatives.
• Help drive sales and guest satisfaction through effective leadership.
