Qualifications

• Internship designed to preview the Stores Executive Leader role (ETL) and develop guest service and leadership skills.
• No prior degree requirements specified beyond interest in retail leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily priorities on the sales floor and backroom to align with store goals.
• Partner with the ETL mentor and other leaders to understand roles and responsibilities.
• Lead daily huddles, present priorities, and drive guest experience.
• Provide coaching and feedback to team members to improve performance.
• Support stock, displays, and merchandising goals while ensuring a safe and welcoming store environment.
• Participate in internship training activities and development opportunities.
