Responsibilities

Lead daily priorities on the sales floor and backroom to align with store goals.
Partner with the ETL mentor and other leaders to understand roles and responsibilities.
Lead daily huddles, present priorities, and drive guest experience.
Provide coaching and feedback to team members to improve performance.
Support stock, displays, and merchandising goals while ensuring a safe and welcoming store environment.
Participate in internship training activities and development opportunities.
