Target's Stores Executive Internship is a paid 40 hr/week program designed to develop and prepare you for store leadership. As a Stores Executive Intern, you will lead amongst the team, gain exposure to multiple areas of the store’s business, and focus on guest service and delivering store priorities.

You will work with an Executive Team Lead mentor, learn to drive guest experience, manage daily operations, and participate in ongoing development conversations.
