Target Stores Executive Internship is a paid, 40 hr/week program designed to develop and prepare you for store leadership. As a Stores Executive Intern, you will gain a realistic preview of the ETL role (Assistant Store Manager) while leading teams, delivering guest service, and learning store operations under mentorship.

You'll spend days on the sales floor and in backroom areas, coordinating priorities, coaching teammates, and presenting results to leadership as you develop leadership,
