The Home Depot in Littleton, NH is seeking a Specialty Assistant Store Manager in Training (SASM-IT) to gain hands-on experience across Specialty, Pro, and Services. The program, up to 6 weeks, combines mentorship, leadership development, and practical duties under the Store Manager and ASMs.

You will learn to manage staffing, inventory, customer service, and store operations while aligning with safety standards and company policies.

Formación

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in a structured SASM-IT training program covering retail store management, operations, customer service, sales and profitability.
• Develop and implement strategies to boost sales, enhance customer service, and drive profitability across Specialty, Pro, and Services.
• Lead by example and uphold company policies; support safety and compliance programs.
• Collaborate with Store Manager, ASMs, Home Services, and Pro partners to learn and execute store initiatives.
• Assist in staffing, inventory control, and daily operations to support store performance.
