Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a Specialty Assistant Store Manager in Training (SASM-IT) in the United States. You will participate in a comprehensive program spanning store operations, customer service, sales and profitability, and leadership development.

Working with Store Manager, ASMs, Home Services and Pro teams, you will learn to implement strategies to boost sales and enhance service while upholding all company policies.

Qualifications

• Experience with staffing, scheduling, and performance coaching.
• A track record of driving sales and profitability in retail.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured training program covering store management aspects.
• Learn to support staffing, stock control, and customer issue resolution.
• Learn the performance management process and conduct coaching as needed.
• Follow SOPs, safety procedures, and company policies to ensure compliance.
• Demonstrate leadership and accountability in daily store operations.
