Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured training program covering all aspects of retail store management, including operations, customer service, sales & profitability, and company policies and procedures.
• Learn and demonstrate personnel management practices, performance reviews, and disciplinary processes as needed.
• Support staffing, scheduling, stock control, and selling behaviors to drive results and customer satisfaction.
• Learn to manage daily financial operations and inventory integrity, including signage and accurate stock levels.
• Follow safety and hazmat guidelines and uphold SOPs to ensure a safe store environment.
