The Home Depot is seeking a Specialty Assistant Store Manager in Training (SASM-IT) to gain hands-on experience in managing Specialty, Pro, and Services departments. The six-week training program focuses on leadership, operations, and accountability, with mentorship and structured modules.

Qualificações

• Must be eighteen years of age or older
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
• Bachelor’s degree preferred for advancement in many cases
• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent

Responsabilidades

• Participate in a structured training program covering all aspects of retail store management, including operations, customer service, sales and profitability, and policies
• Demonstrate leadership by supervising associates in selling efforts and upholding company standards
• Learn merchandising, inventory control, and financial operations to support store goals
• Collaborate with Store Manager, ASMs, Home Services, and Pro partners to develop strategies that boost sales and service quality
• Adhere to safety, policy, and procedural guidelines and complete training modules
