• 15% Sales and Productivity — plan merchandise placement, signing, stock integrity, and daily financial operations.
• 10% Operations Management — opening/closing MOD, SOP adherence, safety compliance, shrink mitigation.
• 10% Safety — follow hazmat procedures and Safety Matters guidelines.
