Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and at least 6 months leadership experience.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Strong team player with effective communication.
• Knowledge of store operations and merchandise flow.
• Proven problem solving and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive customer experience.
• Act as Manager on Duty per policy.
• Ensure proper Associates coverage and open/close procedures.
• Coach and provide feedback to Associates.
• Maintain adherence to labor laws and safety standards.
