Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience preferred
• 6 months leadership experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform Coordinator duties and lead store operations as Key Carrier
• Provide exceptional customer service and coaching to associates
• Ensure adherence to store policies and procedures
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and labor coverage
• Communicate priorities and progress with management
