Qualifications

• Open availability, including nights and weekends.
• 1 year retail, 6 months leadership experience.
• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of store software and procedures.
• Ability to coach and delegate to associates.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and leadership on the sales floor.
• Maintain store procedures and lead opening/closing tasks.
• Coach and develop associates; ensure coverage and scheduling.
• Respond to customer issues and uphold safety and policies.
• Collaborate with management on priorities and training.
