Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience.
• Acts as Manager on Duty adhering to company policy and procedure.
• Ensures store team performs tasks according to store plan and prioritizes as needed.
• Coaches Associates and provides feedback to improve performance.
• Maintains open communication with management and staff on priorities.
