Job summary

HomeGoods at The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a Key Carrier who will alternate duties with the Coordinator role, supporting store operations, customer service, and Associate coaching.

The position requires open availability, including nights and weekends, with a strong emphasis on leadership and compliance with company policies. Applicants should have at least 1 year of retail experience and 6 months of leadership exposure.

Qualifications

• One year of retail experience is preferred.
• Six months of leadership experience preferred.
• Able to respond to changes in direction or unexpected situations.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive customer experience.
• Provide coaching to Associates and address issues.
• Act as Manager on Duty as needed and maintain store procedures.
• Ensure opening/closing procedures are followed and Labor policies observed.
• Promote knowledge of loyalty programs and safety standards.
