Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a Key Carrier for our HomeGoods store. This role alternates with the Coordinator position and emphasizes leadership in daily store operations, customer service, and team coaching. Availability includes nights and weekends to meet store needs.

As a Key Carrier, you will model exceptional service, support management in duty coverage, and ensure adherence to labor policies and procedures while delivering a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience.
• 6 months leadership experience.
• Able to work nights and weekends.
• Strong customer service and problem solving skills.
• Knowledge of store operations and policies.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive internal and external customer experience
• Promote honesty and integrity; maintain confidentiality
• Act as Manager on Duty per policy
• Ensure store team adheres to plan and priorities
• Coach Associates on customer service and policies
• Maintain accurate associate coverage for service areas
• Ensure opening/closing procedures follow company guidelines
• Communicate priorities and provide progress updates to management
