Job summary

Cumberland Farms is hiring for a Managers In Training role in Florida. You will support Store Manager, lead a team, train staff, and ensure store standards. The program includes hands-on leadership experience and multi-shift exposure to daily operations, guest service, and inventory control.

You will participate in official training with Managers and gain exposure to store leadership, vendors, and guest experience. A strong retail or food-service background and high energy are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: High School or GED.
• Minimum Experience: 1 year retail or food experience.
• Preferred Experience: 1 year in retail, guest service or restaurant, in a leadership role.
• ServSafe / Food Safety certification a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a warm welcome and a smile, delivering exceptional Customer Service.
• Assist Store Manager with building and developing a strong store team: training, scheduling, and coaching.
• Monitor product levels and maintain 100% in-stock on the floor.
• Oversee quality control, merchandising, and food safety programs in locations with hot food.
• Maintain store appearance and cleanliness, including coffee station and restrooms.
• Operate the cash register efficiently and accurately.
