Cumberland Farms, Inc. is seeking energetic individuals for its Managers In Training program in Navarre, FL. You will learn to manage day-to-day store operations, support the Store Manager, and develop a high-performing team while delivering exceptional customer service.

During training you rotate, work diverse shifts, and gain exposure to food service and merchandising standards. This full-time role offers growth opportunities across Cumberland Farms' 1500+ sites and a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: High School or GED.
• Minimum Experience: 1 year retail or food experience.
• Preferred Experience: 1 year in retail, guest service or restaurant, in a leadership role.
• Preferred Licenses/Certifications: ServSafe certification a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a warm welcome and a smile, delivering exceptional customer service.
• Assist Store Manager with building and developing a strong store team through training, scheduling, and coaching.
