Job summary

Cumberland Farms in Florida is seeking a motivated Manager in Training to support the Store Manager and lead daily operations at a Cumberland Farms convenience store. You will train with experienced leaders and rotate through shifts to learn store management, guest service, and vendor coordination.

The role emphasizes high energy, teamwork, and excellence in customer experiences, with full-time hours that may include weekends and holidays, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: High School or GED
• Minimum Experience: 1 year retail or food experience
• Preferred Experience: 1 year in retail, guest service or restaurant, in a leadership role
• Preferred Licenses/Certifications: ServSafe / Food Safety certification a plus but not mandatory

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and a smile, delivering exceptional customer service.
• Assist Store Manager with building and developing a strong store team, training and coaching.
• Monitor product levels, rotate stock, and ensure 100% in-stock availability.
• Oversee quality control, merchandising, and food safety where applicable.
• Keep the store clean inside and out, including the coffee and food service areas.
• Operate the cash register efficiently and support food service operations as needed.
