Job summary

Cumberland Farms in Deerfield Beach, FL is seeking a high-energy retail leader for the Managers In Training program. You will learn to support the Store Manager, train and coach team members, manage scheduling, and ensure excellent guest service across all shifts.

You will rotate through training weeks with a Training Manager and Supervising Manager, gaining hands-on experience in operations, food service when applicable, and store leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School or GED.
• Minimum experience: 1 year retail or food experience.
• Preferred experience: 1 year in retail, guest service or restaurant, in a leadership role.
• ServSafe / Food Safety certification a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and provide exceptional customer service.
• Assist Store Manager with building and developing a strong store team, including training and scheduling.
• Monitor product levels on the sales floor and keep stock 100% in-stock.
• Oversee quality control, merchandising, and food safety programs where applicable.
• Operate the cash register efficiently and support store operations.
