Job summary

Turkey Hill is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in delivering an exceptional guest shopping experience. You will coach staff on guest service, help train and schedule team members, and work to achieve store promotions and sales objectives.

The role requires the ability to lead with energy, maintain fresh coffee and food areas, and ensure the store meets company standards for cleanliness and stock. Prior leadership in retail or food is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School or GED is required.
• 1 year retail or food experience – must complete Assistant Manager Training program.

Responsibilities

• Manage the store team’s Guest Service behaviors and coach to greet guests warmly.
• Support Store Manager in training, scheduling, coaching, and maintaining a positive working environment.
• Achieve operational excellence and hit sales, promotions, and controls targets.
• Maintain appearance and cleanliness of the store including coffee and food service areas.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure 100% in-stock at all times.
• Perform duties as assigned by Store Manager or in Manager's absence.
