Job summary

Turkey Hill is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our leadership team. You will support the Store Manager in coaching staff, ensuring a superior guest experience, and maintaining shop standards.

Responsibilities include training, scheduling, and achieving operational and financial goals while ensuring the coffee and food areas stay clean, stocked, and compliant with safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1 year retail or food experience preferred; must complete Assistant Manager Training program.
• ServSafe/Food Safety certification a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Manages the store team’s Guest Service behaviors and coaches team to ensure friendly guest greetings and problem resolution.
• Support Store Manager in building a strong team with training, scheduling, and coaching per company values.
• Partner with Store Manager to achieve operational excellence and hit sales and promotions targets.
• Help maintain store appearance and cleanliness, coffee station, food service area, and restrooms to company standards.
• Ensure stock levels, merchandizing, safety programs, and inventory are maintained to meet in-stock goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Store Manager or in their absence.
