Turkey Hill Assistant Manager position seeks an energetic leader to support the Store Manager and guide a friendly team in delivering an exceptional guest experience. You will coach staff, drive guest service, and help create a welcoming, capable store environment.

This full-time role emphasizes training, scheduling, coaching, and maintaining store appearance, cleanliness, and product availability while upholding company values and standards.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• 1 year retail or food experience – must complete Assistant Manager Training program before assigned in this role.
• 2 years retail management or 2 years non-retail management experience preferred.
• ServSafe / Food Safety certification a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong communication skills and high energy are essential.

Responsibilities

• Coach store team’s guest service behaviors and ensure friendly greetings to guests.
• Support Store Manager in training, scheduling, coaching, and building a strong team and positive work environment.
• Partner with Store Manager to achieve operational excellence and hit sales objectives.
• Maintain store appearance and cleanliness including coffee station, food service area, and bathrooms; ensure stock levels.
• Monitor product levels and stocking to achieve 100% in-stock goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Store Manager or person in charge when needed.
• Must be able to work the essential shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
